Minister Kang Do-hyung attended the opening ceremony of the 7th Contracting Parties Meeting on Deep Seabed Mineral Resources at the Lavalse Hotel in Busan on September 30. The meeting, held from September 30 to October 2, will discuss trends in the establishment of ‘Deep Seabed Mineral Resources Development Rules,’ shared information on deep sea mineral resource exploration activities of various countries, and explored ways to enhance cooperation among the contracting parties.
