On June 12, the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries held a roundtable meeting in Sejong City with the President of the Korea Federation of Advanced Fisheries Leader and heads of local organizations. Minister Kang was briefed by President Han Soo Yeon on the status and plans of major initiatives and listened to suggestions and challenges from the field, including the need to improve financing support programs for fisheries business owners and reduce marine waste.
