On June 4, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries held the 2024 Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Policy Advisory Board Meeting at the Conference House. During the meeting, MOF’s core implementation initiatives under the Fishing Villages and Coastal Areas Revitalization Plan were presented. In addition, members of the Ministry also engaged in in-depth discussions with the advisors to work out plans to further revitalize the “ocean communities,” a new term announced in the Revitalization Plan that integrates the “fishing villages” and “coastal areas.”
