Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Cho, Seung-hwan introduced key policy directions and initiatives of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries on shipping, ports, and logistics, and held a policy briefing for foreign press to promote Korea’s bid for the 2030 Busan World Expo.
 
Participated in the city-province councils for 2023 budgeting of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, to listen to the diverse concerns on the frontlines of the marine and fisheries sector and share economic policy directions of the Korean government.
 
Chaired a discussion forum on current policy issues under the themes ‘Regaining Vitality in Fishing Villages’ and ‘Reducing Marine Waste’ at the Sejong Government Complex.
