The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF), led by Minister Hwang Jong-woo, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Port Automation Testbed at Gwangyang Port at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 30. Around 150 people attended, including Minister Hwang, Administrative Vice Mayor Hwang Ki-yeon of Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City, Choi Kwan-ho, President of Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority, and representatives of the port technology, port, and logistics sectors.
