Minister of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Hwang Jong-woo met with Eyðdis Hartmann Niclasen, Minister of Health and Energy of the Faroe Islands, Denmark on Thursday, June 11 in Busan. Minister Hwang noted that this meeting was the first introductory gathering to open the doors to cooperation in the marine and fisheries sector between Korea and Faroe Islands, and that it would serve as an opportunity to enhance industrial competitiveness by exploring practical measures for cooperation between the two sides.
