Minister of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Hwang Jong-woo visited Sujeong Traditional Market near the MOF building on the morning of Thursday, June 11 to inspect the supply and demand and price trends of major seafood products and to check the operation of the Onnuri Gift Certificate refund event. The visit was arranged to personally visit a traditional market closely connected to local communities, listen to voices from the field, and strengthen communication with local businesses, while also assessing the supply and demand situation for seafood amid concerns over rising prices due to the recent instability in the Middle East. This Onnuri Gift Certificate refund event will be held at 252 markets nationwide from Wednesday, June 10 to Sunday, June 14.
