Minister of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Hwang Jong-woo attended the first meeting with members of Innovation N-Dolphins, a group composed of young public officials, at the main auditorium on the second floor of the MOF Annex Building on Monday, April 13. Now in its eighth year, Innovation N-Dolphins has carried out various initiatives to improve the working methods and organizational culture of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries. In recognition of these efforts, the Ministry was selected as an outstanding government innovation agency in last year’s government performance evaluation and received the Prime Minister’s Award at the Public Service Design Performance Sharing Conference, achieving meaningful results in the field of government innovation. After hearing this year’s organizational culture improvement tasks and activity plans, Minister Hwang expressed support for the members’ diverse perspectives and creative ideas, and encouraged the Innovation N-Dolphins members leading new changes.
